Before the master plan is authorized and we still are in the design portion of the construction process we are able to accommodate most customizations to fit your needs. However, after the start of construction we might be limited to what can be customized.

There are a lot of moving parts in getting a home built and snags pop up, but you don’t want to be kept in the dark when complications arise that may affect the completion date of your home and that’s why we have a dedicated team that can help answer any question, concerns or issues that come up.

Most home buyers don’t enter into contract on a new home with the intention of terminating, but complications do arise. We have termination policies that allow you certain privileges during a specific amount of time without penalty. Canceling after that may require financial compensation.
