Stuart Kaye, President, CEO and founder of Kaye Lifestyle Homes, has been involved in every aspect of the Naples real estate market since the early 1980s. With postgraduate degrees in real estate and finance, Stuart began his career as a licensed real estate broker, concentrating his practice on performing market research, feasibility studies and real estate consulting.

A 1986 research project led to Kaye’s first condominium development. From there, he developed several multifamily communities. He also is credited with helping initiate the revitalization of downtown Naples, beginning with renovation of the former United Telephone Building, now known as the Merrill Lynch Building.

In 1991, Kaye Homes was created. While the initial business concentrated on entry level homes, Kaye launched a custom homes division in 2004, crafting homes valued up to $1 million. Kaye Lifestyle Homes has now constructed more than 3,500 homes in Southwest Florida, delivering consistent value and quality at all price points.

Stuart Kaye is honored to have been voted Builder of the Year by the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA), as well as the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), representing the entire state. He served as Director of the National Association of Home Builders for seven years and was National Vice President. Additionally, he is past president of both local and state builders associations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for CBIA and FHBA.

Stuart’s wife, Jay, is also his trusted business partner. Jay brings vital skills to the daily operation of Kaye Lifestyle Homes, with an undergraduate degree in accounting and a law degree from George Washington University. The Kayes have lived in Naples for 35 years, successfully growing their business in the Southwest Florida sunshine.

As a practicing attorney throughout the 1980s, Jay worked with real estate developers nationwide to design and execute amenity membership programs. In the early 1990s, she served as Director of Club Administration for Collier Enterprises, effectively implementing a membership sales program for a community with homes valued from $1 million to $3 million. Jay possesses extensive knowledge and experience in real estate, taxes, corporate operations, budgeting and management.

Stuart and Jay Kaye also value giving back, supporting many Southwest Florida organizations and charities. Jay Kaye has served as co-chair of several events for the Jewish Federation of Collier County and Seacrest County Day School. The Kayes also support the Holocaust Museum and Education Center of Southwest Florida, the Children’s Hope Foundation, Gulfshore Playhouse and Saint Matthew’s House.
